Food Safety Consultant

  •  Achieves food quality operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to functional strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Assures quality food products and processes by establishing and enforcing food safety programs, plans, and quality standards; testing production; documenting results
  • Develops food safety plans by conducting GAP assessments, hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
  • Establishes food quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Preferred candidates should have more than 5 years related experience and a Bachelor Degree in Science and one or more of the following fields; Food Science, Food Microbiology, Biology and Chemistry.  


  • Sample set up, instrument calibration, pathogen and non-pathogen testing via official method of analysis, reporting results to customers.
  • Must have an analytical mind and keen observation to arrive at insightful conclusions.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Must have excellent writing skills to document results.
  • Preferred candidates have more than 5 years related experience and should have a Bachelor Degree in Science. 


Laboratory Analyst–

  • Daily Sample pick ups, Sample receipt, Sample Preparation, instrument calibration. 
  • An open team-player style with excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong IT skills as well as a good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Ensure samples are picked up in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Microbiologist and assist as needed.  
  • Preferred candidates have more than 3 years related experience.  Bachelor Degree preferred.
